  • tenant number (You can find this in your last correspondence from Tenancy Bond Services.) 
  • last name
  • email address or mobile number.

These details must match the most up-to-date information we have for you.

If we are not able to verify your identity based on this information, we will ask you to provide more details about your tenancy, such as your:

  • bond number
  • tenancy address
  • tenancy start date.

Once we verify your identity with us, we will send you a notification containing a link and a secure access code. You must select this link and enter your secure access code to proceed.
